We want you to be truly happy with the artwork or products you receive. If there’s ever an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’ll always do our best to make it right.
Original Artwork Returns
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an original artwork. The piece must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the artwork is returned safely and inspected, we’ll approve and process your refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund.
Damaged Prints
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and include a photo of the damage. We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or full refund.
Other Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your print, product, or original painting, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. As long as the item is returned in its original condition and packaging, we’ll process your refund once it’s safely back with us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please Note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued only after the item has been received and inspected.
